Privacy Policy
How Chuttamalle AI handles your account, photos, generated videos, payments and NSFW image screening.
Last updated: 2026-10-04
Introduction
Chuttamalle AI creates 3–10 second video edits from authorized reference photos and either a Chuttamalle template or an uploaded video. This policy explains the data needed to provide accounts, credit purchases, monthly subscriptions, and video generation.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
- Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
- Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
- Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Uploaded photos and generated videos — The images you upload, the video you request, and related task records. Photos and results are stored with our configured storage provider and sent to the video generation provider to process your request.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Process transactions and send related confirmations.
- Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
- Generate your requested video and make completed results available in your account.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
- With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
- With our video generation and file storage providers to process uploaded photos and deliver results.
- With SeeAPI to automatically check uploaded photos and selected uploaded video clips for unsafe content before accepting uploads and starting video generation. This check uses a publicly accessible media URL; temporary moderation files in our storage are deleted after the upload check completes or fails.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Uploaded source videos are trimmed locally in your browser. Selected clips are uploaded for NSFW screening and then video editing by our service providers. We do not upload the full source video through this flow. Uploaded reference photos are also screened. Generated outputs are not automatically screened.
AI Video Studio and Moderation API
Text-to-video and image-to-video requests share prompts, selected settings and reference media URLs with APIMart and its underlying model providers to perform your requested generation. Reference photos are screened through SeeAPI. When you use the moderation tool or API, your supplied media URL and review options are sent to SeeAPI. Ensure you have the right to share the material with these providers.
We store task inputs, normalized request hashes, pricing snapshots, upstream task references, reports, wallet reservations and transaction ledgers to deliver results, prevent duplicate charges and reconcile interrupted requests. API keys are stored as hashes; newly created keys are displayed only once. Keep keys in server-side applications. Provider-generated video URLs may expire after 24 hours; download results promptly. We do not automatically screen generated video outputs in this release.
