Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails before a usable video is delivered, the credits reserved for that task are automatically returned to the same credit grant. You can see the task status and returned balance in your account.

Delivered videos

Once a usable video has been delivered, the credits used for that generation are considered consumed. If the file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, contact us with the task ID so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore the credits.

Payment refunds

Payment refunds are processed through the payment provider and depend on the applicable checkout terms and law. Stripe checkout and payment webhooks are being connected separately. Do not send card details by email.
